Bernard Vincent
M.Sc., M.B.A., CEC

Bernard offers business skill development and coaching services. His focus is on creating an interactive environment that enables business professionals to develop essential skills through practice.

Bernard’s coaching work is supported by eight years of management experience and seven years managing his own consulting company.

Much of his coaching focuses on improving team dynamics and helping first-time managers develop essential management skills. Clients range from small start-ups to large multi-nationals.

Bernard also manages peer networks of top agriculture leaders throughout Alberta. These networks provide support for individuals in agriculture in dealing with the dramatically changing sectors within agriculture. He is a keynote columnist for “The Wildcatter News”, a monthly publication serving Alberta’s oilfield and related services since 1995.

Although it seems like he spent many years in school, he did not initially plan it that way. One thing led to another. Bernard is a graduate from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and a Master of Science degree. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from Queen’s University and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.

Bernard welcomes the opportunity to help new managers get started and experienced managers get better.
