An ICF certified leadership coach, Heather helps senior talent enhance their ability to inspire followership and works one-on-one to help leaders obtain the work success they have always envisioned whether within their current organization or transitioning to another opportunity. As an intuitive coach, helping people create a career that calls forth their full potential is a true passion for Heather.
With over 25 years of experience in multiple industries growing leadership capability, developing human resource strategies, leading organizational change initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement, Heather is acknowledged for successfully helping leaders deal with the people aspects of business shifts resulting from market or strategy changes.
Previously, Heather held executive leadership positions in human resources with a major Canadian environmental engineering consulting firm, one of the largest health care charities in Canada, both branded and generic global drug manufacturers and a major multinational consumer packaged goods leader.
Heather also served on the Board of Governors of Sheridan College where she held multiple leadership positions. She is currently a member of the board of directors of Oakville Hydro and a member of the Human Resources Committee of the board.
Heather holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University. She also holds a Professional Coaching certificate from the Adler School of Professional Studies – Toronto, a certificate in Advanced Human Resources Management from the Rotman School of Management and an Ontario Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Waterloo.
Heather is a member in good standing with the International Coaching Federation and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
