Martha has a steadfast belief in her clients’ capacity to excel. She brings a strong compliment of skills and competencies to her coaching and facilitation.

Martha’s expertise lies in organizational and interpersonal dynamics. She spent over 20 years as a Senior Operations professional in the financial services sector, with over 4,500 hours of project leadership. While in this sector, Martha primarily supported business transformations and national and global strategic initiatives.

Her work encompassed development and delivery of strategic training initiatives, change management, corporate compliance, and comprehensive process improvement projects.

During this time she was recognized as a leader who excels in building relationships, team development, collaboration, and solution-focused action. She is credited as a leader who inspires and who is passionate about the betterment of others.

Martha specializes in one-to-one coaching, team coaching, and coach training. She is a Certified Executive Coach, and a Certified Facilitator of Relationship Awareness Theory (Strength Deployment Inventory ®) and Legacy Leadership®.

She is an Associate Coach of the Coaching@UBC program, and is Associate Faculty for the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University.

Martha commits significant time and effort to building a stronger community and currently serves as a Knowledge Philanthropist and sits on the Board of Directors for Vantage Point in Vancouver
