Tyler has developed his coaching and consulting expertise during 10 years of private- and public-sector change management consulting and leadership, and subsequently as privately practicing executive, leadership development, and career coach. Tyler has worked with clients ranging from professional athletes and directors to entrepreneurs and future leaders.
Working with those who need to think differently about where they are and what they need to do is one of Tyler’s strengths.
He values connecting the many challenges of professional success to personal, cultural, social and spiritual fulfillment.
Tyler has been a teacher, instructor, facilitator, speaker and trainer with groups ranging in size from a few to a few hundred. He is also a former professional athlete (snowboarding), sub-three-hour marathon finisher, meditation practitioner, husband and father.
Tyler graduated from Lakehead University in 1999 with a B.A, Philosophy – Business and Professional Ethics. He went on to get his B.Ed., English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of British Columbia in 2004 and became a certified Executive Coach when he graduated from Royal Roads University in 2013.
