Luctor et Emergo – ‘Struggle and Emerge’

An entrepreneur to the core, Dave co-founded Profiles Global (Atlantic) Inc. in 2002 to support human resources processes in the workplace. While working closely with human resources professionals it became clear that there was a solid requirement for executive coaching at all levels of management in small, medium and large organizations – and Dave’s clients were asking him for coaching. In response to this growing need, Dave completed coaching training at Royal Roads University and founded Vision Coaching Inc., which now boasts a growing roster of experienced, credentialed coaches who share Dave’s vision and passion for coaching leaders.  

Vision Coaching’s clients range from entrepreneurs to executives of multinational corporations. They come from a wide range of industries across North America, Europe and Asia in private and public sector organizations such as Xerox, RCI/Wyndham, Irving Oil, University of New Brunswick, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Government of New Brunswick, Atlantic Wholesalers and more.

In 2008, Vision Coaching earned the Board of Trade’s Outstanding Achievement Award as an “Emerging Enterprise”.  Dave is a board member of the International Coach Federation (New Brunswick chapter) and is regularly invited to speak to learners in the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching Program at Royal Roads University, the University of New Brunswick’s MBA program, as well as several local and national organizations.
