Lynn Lauzier is a graduate of Business Administration, Marketing Management from Laval University in Quebec City. She is a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC along with an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Well-established in the business sector for nearly 30 years, Lynn earned her early experience in various marketing and sales departments and went on to lead multiple teams within the global firm Procter & Gamble for more than a decade. With this successful portfolio, Lynn continued her corporate journey and spent the next 15 years as Vice-President of Sales at Lise Watier Cosmétiques.
Recognized for her ability to develop meaningful relationships and dedicated, engaged teams, Lynn has found success in surpassing her goals throughout her career. With a leadership style that includes a positive touch of ambition, inspiration and authenticity allowed Lynn to promote and stimulate a culture of daily interpersonal respect and individual development towards achieving remarkable results.
Enriched by her vast experience, her training and more than 1,200 hours of executive coaching, Lynn specializes in helping top executives achieve their goals through leadership coaching.
