Karen has worked in leadership roles for more than 20 years from supervisor to vice-president in a variety of organizations across both the public and private sectors.

Karen is passionate about what coaching can do for individuals and has coached countless leaders, including individuals making the transition to C-suite.

She has led large teams during transformational and cultural changes.

She is experienced in strategy, human resources, information technology, finance, operations, client services and continuous improvement.
Karen is also a co-owner to several businesses, including a popular restaurant franchise.

She holds her Certification in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University in Victoria, B.C., is a Certified Change Practitioner and a Certified Predictive Index® Analyst. She has also earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
